Our client, Capella Capital, are Australia's leading public infrastructure developer, financial advisor and asset manager who have secured over $34 billion of projects across transport, social and energy infrastructure across Australia since 2009.
The recent investment in Capella Capital by Sojitz Corporation, a major Japanese investment and trading company, has positioned Capella for future growth including a strong appetite to expand in Australia and globally.
Capella are a well-established business with a highly successful track-record with an exciting growth mandate both locally and globally and are now looking to recruit several new members to the Origination teams across Melbourne and Sydney. The hires will be across all levels from Associate Director, Manager and Analyst with dedicated resources allocated to the growth of the Energy team - led by a recently appointed Head of Energy - to drive the development and investment in the energy transition sector.

Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of the infrastructure, PPP and/or energy sectors and have experience via principal investment, investment banking, corporate finance advisory (likely from big 4 valuations, deal modelling, transaction services, infrastructure advisory), project finance, engineering or legal background.
