On behalf of the founding partners we are seeking the next generation of leadership for the firm - candidates will have direct PE investing experience, interest and empathy with the Middle / SME market.
Whilst being actively supported and mentored by the founders you will be expected to have strong origination bias and be capable of consistently generating deal pipelines whilst also bringing existing investee management & Board experience. You will be a natural self-starter with excellent relationship building skills as well as being a clear thinker with a flexible and creative mindset.
