Our client is a leading Investor, Developer, and Owner/Operator in the Energy space actively working domestically and abroad.
We are currently working with the Energy-focused Investment team to hire a Manager, working across the development, investment and financing of large-scale projects in the energy transition sector. This firm is in growth mode and is arguably the leader in their space, giving you access to an exceptional pipeline and mentorship under a genuine industry thought leader.
Based in the Sydney or Melbourne Origination team, the Manager will act as a senior execution lead, supporting the transaction leads in delivering large-scale renewable and BESS projects.
• Managing day-today transaction execution
• Building of detailed financial models and financial analysis of energy transition projects for transaction and bid purposes
• Ensuring investment cases, commercial structures, and due diligence workstreams delivered
• Provide mentorship & support to junior team members
The successful candidate will likely have:
• ~7-10+ years of related experience
• Strong financial analysis and modelling abilities
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive & highly motivated personality
You will have a solid understanding of the infrastructure and energy sectors and your experience may have been gained within an investment banking, investment management, project finance, or corporate finance advisory (likely from big 4 valuations, deal modelling, infrastructure advisory).
