My client is a leading Australian real assets investment manager with an active and diverse investment mandate across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking to broaden and diversify this investment strategy and actively target core+ infrastructure assets to invest in and manage.
There is now an opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the team, with a dual mandate spanning active asset management and transaction execution across their broader platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Work with senior leaders to facilitate the acquisition, divestment, and asset management of varied infrastructure assets
· Financial modelling, analysis and sensitivity testing to facilitate investment decision making
· Working across transactions end-to-end including valuation, due diligence, preparation of investment committee papers and other presentations, and engagement with advisors and stakeholders
· Assisting with asset management duties across current portfolio
The successful candidate will likely have 1-4 years relevant experience across investment banking, investment management, Big 4 (lead advisory, valuations, modelling, infrastructure advisory) or project finance.
