We are working with a dynamic alternative asset firm in entering an exciting growth phase and now seeking a talented Associate/Associate Director to help manage a private credit portfolio, execute new transactions, and support the growth of the investment team.
You will carry borrower coverage on the portfolio alongside co-leading due diligence and documentation execution on new transactions, and are responsible with the Director – PMO for allocating named borrower ownership, managing workload and quality, and developing staff capability as the bench for future sector specialisation.
You will possess :
- Strong modelling capabilities: operational and three-way modelling, debt modelling, valuation modelling etc.
- Strong credit and documentation depth: facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor arrangements and covenant design.
- Demonstrated people leadership: reviewing and developing junior team members and managing competing workstreams to deadline.
Strong stakeholder management across borrowers, advisors, counsel and internal committees.
Process and systems orientation, with the discipline to build and maintain templates, precedents and monitoring infrastructure
Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or related discipline with CA/CFA well regarded.
