JMES have been exclusively mandated by a highly respected alternative asset manager to assist with the key appointment of a strategic focused Fund Manager for their Private Credit business. This is an unparallelled opportunity to join a scaling business with a high calibre team and help to influence the strategic growth of the firm.
With an existing Real Estate Private Credit platform, the business continues to evolve and expand to include further institutional mandates and as a result, requires a dedicated Fund Manager to take ownership and accountability for Capital and Liquidity management and Treasury functions and who will proactively engage with all levels of the business including the executive leadership team. With a comprehensive understanding of the financial performance of the Funds, the role holder will be able to deliver highly detailed insights into portfolio construction / optimisation, ensuring the Funds operate in a commercially disciplined, liquid and scalable manner.
This role will suit a commercially minded and highly analytical candidate with deep private credit expertise and strong exposure to treasury, capital management and commercial real estate. A dynamic individual with the capability to work effectively with all levels of the business, your intellectual curiosity and desire to help build a business will mean you are an ambitious and tenacious individual who wants to develop their career. Successful candidates will have likely spent 8-12 years working in private credit, asset management or structured finance / banking with exposure to liquidity / treasury management.
