Our client is one of Australia’s leading renewable energy firms that invests in, operates and owns renewable energy assets nationwide. Strategically positioned for continued growth, the firm are seeking two Analysts to join their high-performing Investments team in Sydney. In this role, you will support renewable energy transactions across wind, solar, battery, and thermal technologies, from initial stages through to deal execution.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models, detailed financial analysis, preparing investment materials for management, lenders, and stakeholders and critical execution workstreams including financial & legal due diligence. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm with a high-calibre senior leadership team at the forefront of Australia's energy transition.
The successful candidates will have:
- 2-4 years’ experience within renewables or infrastructure investments, investment banking, Big 4 consultancy firms within an M&A or Valuation & Modelling team
- Strong financial modelling & analysis skillset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent academics and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline
