FP&A Manager – PE-Backed Industrials
Location: Western Sydney or Melbourne
The Opportunity
A global, private equity-backed industrial business is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with senior leadership across APAC.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role working closely with the COO, CFO and Private Equity Investors, driving performance, supporting decision-making, and providing clear insight across a complex, multi-site operation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive margin and cost efficiency
- Deliver clear, actionable insights on business performance and key drivers
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Support delivery of board and investor reporting with concise financial narratives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including growth projects and investment analysis
About You
- 5–10 years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance
Background in industrials, manufacturing, engineering, or services
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes
- CA / Big 4 background beneficial but not essential
