We are working on an exclusive mandate to appoint a Divisional CFO into a high-growth, entrepreneurial investment platform within the alternatives space. As the platform continues to grow in scale and complexity, the Divisional CFO will play a critical role in strengthening finance, supporting investment activity and building the infrastructure required for future growth.
You will join a well-established alternatives platform with multi-billion-dollar growth ambitions, backed by a highly regarded and entrepreneurial leadership team, with a clear mandate to significantly grow AUM over the coming years. Beyond finance leadership, you will work closely with the CEO, Board and broader executive team on growth initiatives, fund launches, investor engagement and strategic decision-making.
You will lead all aspects of finance:
- Leading and developing a high-performing 10-person finance team
- Owning financial reporting, fund accounting, and performance analysis
- Driving FP&A, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Partnering with investment teams on cashflow, liquidity, and portfolio performance
- Overseeing NAV modelling, fee calculations, and fund structures
- Leading audit, compliance, and regulatory oversight
- Managing investor-related finance activities (capital calls, distributions, reporting)
- Driving process improvement, automation, and systems enhancement
Your skills and experience:
CA / CPA Qualified, chartered trained preferred
- Ideally exposure to alternatives investments - private, corporate, infrastructure and institutional credit strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Track record of improving processes and building scalable finance functions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving platform
