My client is a leading Australian real assets investment manager with an active and diverse investment mandate across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking to broaden and diversify this investment strategy and actively target both development-led infrastructure and asset-backed operational investments.
There is now an opportunity for a Senior Investment Manager to join the team, with a dual mandate spanning active asset management and transaction execution across their broader platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning financial models, valuations, reporting & investment committee materials
- Identifying value creation & capital recycling opportunities
- Lead asset management initiatives across the entire portfolio
- Leading or supporting infrastructure transactions from origination through to financial close
- Managing relationships with co-investors, government, advisers & institutional investors
The successful candidate will likely have 7-12 years relevant experience across infrastructure investment banking, financial advisory, funds management or infrastructure asset management, with strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience. Transport asset management experience is highly desirable.
