As investment activity continues to accelerate, finance is evolving alongside the business, creating an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller looking to grow their career in alternative investments.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Financial control and reporting function across the business.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, management reporting and commercial analysis.
- Managing cashflow, liquidity and financial oversight of new business initiatives.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance, investments and operations.
- Driving process improvements, automation and the continued development of a scalable finance function.
- Supporting Board reporting, audit, compliance and key external relationships.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is CA or CPA qualified with strong technical accounting capability.
- Brings experience from funds management, lending, alternative investments, or a similarly complex environment.
- Enjoys improving processes, building capability and operating in a growing business.
- Combines commercial curiosity with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
