Michael Nolan

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (First-Class Honours) and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics.

He began his recruitment career with Robert Walters in 2012 and spent 13 years across the Dublin and Sydney offices. In Dublin, he was responsible for leading multiple specialist teams, shaping their strategic direction while also delivering senior‑level search mandates across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Leadership. After relocating to Sydney, he focused on senior finance search, partnering closely with CFOs and executive teams. Michael joined JMES in 2026.
