About the Opportunity
Vice President, Corporate Development

Join a firm recognised as a category-defining leader in its field, sit at the heart of the organisation’s most important strategic initiatives.  Direct exposure to senior leadership, investors and transformational transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a central role in defining and executing the company’s growth strategy and high‑impact internal strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with the investor relations team and engage directly with global investors to support capital raising and strategic positioning
  • Own and manage group‑level financial models, delivering robust forecasting, scenario analysis and insights aligned with long‑term strategic goals
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise organic and inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions that reinforce the firm’s leadership position
  • Lead end‑to‑end transaction processes and strategic projects, including due diligence, execution and integration planning
  • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate seamlessly with legal, finance and investor relations teams to deliver successful outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years’ experience across corporate development, investment banking or private equity, with strong exposure to investment management or financial services
  • Proven track record leading M&A transactions, strategic initiatives and capital raising activities
  • Advanced expertise in financial modelling, valuation and strategic analysis
  • Exceptional investor relations, communication and negotiation skills
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
