Key Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in defining and executing the company’s growth strategy and high‑impact internal strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with the investor relations team and engage directly with global investors to support capital raising and strategic positioning
- Own and manage group‑level financial models, delivering robust forecasting, scenario analysis and insights aligned with long‑term strategic goals
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise organic and inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions that reinforce the firm’s leadership position
- Lead end‑to‑end transaction processes and strategic projects, including due diligence, execution and integration planning
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate seamlessly with legal, finance and investor relations teams to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years’ experience across corporate development, investment banking or private equity, with strong exposure to investment management or financial services
- Proven track record leading M&A transactions, strategic initiatives and capital raising activities
- Advanced expertise in financial modelling, valuation and strategic analysis
- Exceptional investor relations, communication and negotiation skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
