JMES are supporting a global alternative asset manager with the hire of an Investment Analyst to join their Private Credit team based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
With a long and proven track record of providing flexible, tailored financing solutions across the APAC region, this is a Manager who has gained significant traction investing in private credit over a number of years and has a deep capital pool for them to deploy from. They have the benefit of both a global footprint yet local and agile investment decision making capability.
To support their continued growth and expansion, the team are actively seeking to hire an Analyst to either the Sydney or Melbourne based team to have a focus on real estate private credit investing. Key responsibilities of the role will involve supporting the team with all aspects of due diligence and deep financial analysis to ensure the successful deployment of Funds. As part of a collegiate team you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of investing and will have the opportunity to learn form a highly experienced and well-credentialed senior team.
Successful applicants will have likely gained between 1.5 to 4 years’ experience in investment banking M&A or leveraged finance within a top tier global investment bank, or alternatively may have gained prior private capital investing experience. You will be highly analytical, numerate and have a curious and inquisitive investor mindset.
