As the Director of Investor Relations, you will join the senior leadership team and play a critical role in driving investor engagement, capital formation, and strategic communications as the firm enters its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead the investor relations strategy and capital raising initiatives across the firm’s investment platform
• Develop high-quality investor communications, reporting frameworks, marketing collateral, and thought leadership
• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and capital partners – domestically and globally
• Work closely with the investment, asset management, sustainability and executive teams to shape product narratives and market positioning
• Oversee RFP/DDQ responses and investor due diligence processes; maintain up-to-date investor portals and data rooms
• Bring investor feedback to the fore, helping shape future products and strategic direction
• Represent the firm with professionalism, commercial insight and clarity of purpose
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 15+ years' experience in Investor Relations, ECM, Investment Banking or Capital Raising
• Prior exposure to private markets, ideally in infrastructure, real assets and/or alternative investments
• Strong financial and technical skillset – able to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling investor communications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build, improve and collaborate across teams
• Proven experience managing diverse investor and stakeholder relationships with credibility and care
• Solutions-oriented, proactive and capable of operating in a lean, high-impact environment
• Interest in sustainability, impact investing and delivering measurable outcomes alongside returns
