Join a leading consortium bidding for a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project based in Sydney
Our client is a leading energy infrastructure provider, part of a consortium bidding for the New England Renewable Energy Zone (NE REZ) transmission network project, managed by Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo).
As a Senior Investment & Bid Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, contributing to the bid strategy, and supporting the successful financial and commercial structuring of the project.

What You'll Do:
• Engage actively with the NE REZ consortium team to build a collaborative, results-driven culture
• Support the Project Director & team in the development and execution of the bid strategy
• Manage & report on internal and consortium budgets, forecasting costs & expenses
• Oversee & contribute to financial modelling & analysis for the project, including multiple case scenarios
• Prepare & present project updates to senior stakeholders & boards
• Lead the development of project assumptions book, including gathering & maintaining cost estimates, pricing & procurement strategies
• Engage with external consultants, managing financial, legal & technical workstreams
• Support the project’s due diligence processes & liaise with lenders, insurers & clients
What You'll Bring:
• At least 5-10 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, particularly in public-private partnerships (PPP)
• Strong background in financial modelling, equity & debt structuring & project cost analysis
• A deep understanding of contracting frameworks, risk allocations & commercial project management
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders & external partners
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors, ideally within a project finance or investment role
• Enthusiasm for working in high-performing teams & a drive to contribute to a successful bid outcome
The role is based in Sydney with occasional travel to Melbourne and other regional project sites
