Our client is a private-equity backed software business HQ’d in Sydney. With a strong M&A-driven growth strategy and operations spanning multiple adjacent sectors, the firm is well-positioned for continued expansion and is now looking for a Corporate Development Manager to support this next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad and exciting opportunity sitting between M&A, strategy and finance. You will shape and execute the firm's acquisition strategy through building and managing the M&A pipeline, developing financial models and leading deal analysis and expansion strategies. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, delivering monthly performance reporting, building KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders and investors, and partner with business leaders to improve margins and project performance. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career under the mentorship of a high-calibre CFO.

They will have strong technical skillset including financial modelling, excellent written and communication skills and a high attention to detail.
