Key responsibilities of the role will include;
· Drive and deliver strategic growth projects
· Assist the business to steer customer engagement and profit
· Actively engage across the business and, in particular, with the senior leadership team to manage operational diligence
· Synthesise financial data to aid in strategic decision making and drive commercial efficiencies

Key personal attributes will include;
· Likely have 4-7 years' experience gained from corporate advisory, private equity, corporate development or strategy consulting
· Deep and structured thinker who communicates with a clear and concise style, displaying strong emotional intelligence and ability to "read the room"
· Ability to work with urgency, project manage and exhibit a thirst for knowledge and hunger to learn, develop and deliver
· Intellectual and commercial maturity
