About the Opportunity
Vice President - Alternative Credit & Securitisation

• Global Investment Bank

• Alternative Credit & Securitisation

• Structuring and Syndication/Distribution

Our client is a leading global institution that provides advisory, investment and corporate financing, and capital markets services to corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors and sovereign and supranational organisations worldwide. Locally and regionally they offer clients a full range of expertise in advisory, arranging, underwriting and financial engineering, delivering financing solutions through the debt, bond, and securitisation markets.

As part of the broader Global Markets team, you will work in the APAC Structured Credit team supporting the origination function through structuring, repackaging and distribution of alternative credit and securitised products. Product focus will cover RMBS, ABS, and alternative credit via bond solutions. You will provide bespoke credit solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporations, NBFIs, insurance companies, asset managers, and private equity funds, working across international hubs in the US, Europe, and APAC. Key to your success is investor engagement and successful execution of structured bespoke credit solutions.

Tertiary qualified, it is expected you will have demonstrated relevant product experience across global capital markets, with strong analytical skills and proven execution experience in public (and ideally private) markets, with exposure (and positive reputation) to the investor community, and ideally demonstrated experience in leading syndication processes and managing client relationships effectively. Favourable consideration will be given to those with a (working) knowledge of US market dynamics. You will likely have ~7-10+ years’ relevant experience in global markets, with a proven track record operating in a similar alternative credit structuring and execution role, with exceptional communication, and analytical and execution skills.

This a unique opportunity in the local market to be part of a broader APAC regional team, with high growth trajectory both personally and for the business.
