The bank is currently seeking either a Senior Analyst or a Junior Associate to join their high-performing Technology team in Sydney. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal execution efforts through valuation and financial modelling, performing strategic and market analyses, preparing critical board-level documentation, and due diligence. Working alongside highly respected industry specialists, you will benefit from exceptional mentoring with significant opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Between 2-5 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or leading Corporate Advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
• Strong integrity & work ethic
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
