The bank are currently seeking talent at the Associate level to join various sector teams in Sydney and Melbourne. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination and execution efforts for transactions in either the Technology or General Industrials teams. This will be through valuation and financial modelling, strategic and market analysis, preparation of critical board-level documentation, and managing client relationships. Working alongside highly respected industry specialists, you will benefit from exceptional mentoring with significant opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Between 3-6 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or Corporate Advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
• Strong integrity & work ethic
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
