The bank is currently seeking talent at the Analyst level to join the General Industrials team in Melbourne, with exposure across traditional industrials, waste services, logistics, healthcare, consumer, retail, technology and emerging companies. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal execution efforts through valuation and financial modelling, performing strategic and market analyses, preparing critical board-level documentation, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have:
• Between 1-2 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or leading Corporate Advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
• Strong integrity & work ethic
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
