With their global capabilities and highly regarded industry specialists, the firm is well positioned for continued growth across their Sydney and Melbourne-based teams.
The bank is currently looking for an Associate to join their team in Melbourne, covering General Industrials & broader sectors, including Financial Sponsors, Healthcare & Consumer. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination and execution efforts through valuation and financial modelling, performing strategic and market analyses, preparing critical board-level documentation, and managing client relationships with both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate will have:
• Between 3-6 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or leading Corporate Advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
• Strong integrity & work ethic
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
