About the Opportunity
Development Finance & Origination Manager

• Leading Social Infrastructure Provider

• Develop & lead an impactful Corporate Finance Strategy  

• $250k - $300k with flexible working

With continued national initiatives to address Australia’s social infrastructure issues, our client has a newly created role for a Development Finance & Origination Manager to join them in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the CFO and CEO as well, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the corporate finance strategy. You will work closely and partner with key executives and the senior management & corporate services team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead capital origination & funding

• Further develop & implement corporate finance strategy & framework

• Manage transaction bid & capital raising process for tender bids

• Maintain transaction prospects pipeline & resourcing plan

• Maintain & develop key external stakeholders

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• 7-10+ years’ experience gained in a corporate/structured finance, project finance and/or property development capacity

• Proven track record in capital origination & managing complex transactions to financial close

• Strong working knowledge of capital & funding structures

• Strong written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to operate in a fluid commercial environment & meeting deadlines
