Our client is a leading independent corporate advisory firm operating across Australia & New Zealand. They provide expert M&A across a wide range of industries, notably technology, financial sponsors, industrials and healthcare and have a highly successful transaction track record. Working within this firm will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain leading industry experience within a high calibre team where there is local decision-making capability and a focus on driving the performance of the business.
They are currently looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing team in Sydney. This individual will work alongside a collegiate team and in support of senior bankers. You will help to execute transactions across the full lifecycle and will enjoy having exposure to a broad range of sectors. The role will also support the team across due diligence, financial modelling & valuation, client interaction and deal execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Between 2-4 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an investment bank, corporate advisory firm or big 4 CA firm
- Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
- Strong integrity & work ethic
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
