JMES recently had the pleasure of hosting some of the leading lights in and around the Private Equity Operating Partner (OP) community. Thank you to to Simon Brott, David Odgers, Brad Leahy, Lucinda Abood, Rachael Lockyer, Peter Kalan and Richard Waters for their insights.
Together we covered such topics as what does the typical OP model look like, relationship between the OP / Investment / Portfolio teams, OP remuneration models, potential impact of AI and why OPs really enjoy their jobs, even if none of them set out to become OPs when they started their careers.
