This is a rare role offering direct exposure to, and collaboration with, the Principal / CEO in shaping and executing the Group’s investment strategy. You will operate as a thought partner and lead contributor within an environment that values intellectual curiosity, independent reasoning and high-performance decision making
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Identify, evaluate and recommend compelling investment opportunities across asset classes
- Conduct deep fundamental, thematic and macro-economic research to inform portfolio positioning
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis and underwriting
- Actively manage the Group’s established multi-asset investment portfolios
- Play a key role in the Investment Committee, including contributing to and preparing high-quality IC materials
- Work closely with the Financial Controller on trade execution, settlements, onboarding and compliance
- Deliver clear, insightful portfolio reporting to the Principal
- Contribute to the activities of the Group’s Foundation, including committee participation
- Support broader operational initiatives within a lean, cohesive team
You will bring 10 years of high-calibre experience across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Private Markets or a Sophisticated Investment Group. Above all, you will be:
