Our client is one of the largest financial groups in the world – supporting local and global corporate, institutional and government
clients. They have a well-established and highly successful Australian business and platform, and with sustained growth and
success, and are now looking to add a Vice President to the Real Estate Finance team in Sydney – clients spanning Listed
Corporates, Sponsors and Fund Managers.
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Finance, you will help lead the relationship coverage and structured financing of an existing set
of Real Estate clients and support the acquisition of new clients for the firm. You will be responsible for the assessment,
development, and strategic planning for client outcomes and business growth, to build and develop new client relationships for the
portfolio, and partner with product specialists to build financial solutions for clients. In addition, you will mentor and guide junior
staff in their knowledge and development.
Tertiary qualified in Finance, Banking, Business or a related degree, you will have 7-10+ years experience in Real Estate Finance,
Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, with demonstrable experience in client coverage, structured / real estate financing,
transaction origination and execution. It is expected that you have proven commercial business acumen, strong written and verbal
communication skills. Your ability to influence others and manage key stakeholders will be key to your success in this pivotal role.
