As part of this growth and development, they are seeking an M&A/Corporate Development Manager. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced executive to join the dynamic corporate development team of a major diversified FMCG business. This is an exciting and varied role that will have you involved in the facilitation of transformational M&A activity as well as direct involvement in a range of strategy, planning, business transformations and special projects for the company’s various growth areas. Working as a part of a small but highly effective team, it is expected that you will be comfortable working across all aspects of a project as well as being able to work with and influence senior stakeholders through periods of transition and growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5 – 8 years’ experience from either corporate development, investment banking, strategic consulting or private equity. You will bring excellent technical skills, a genuine commercial understanding about what drives value in a business and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
