Due to their explosive growth and stakeholder needs, they have a created a role for an Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy Analyst / Associate to join the business. As the Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy Analyst / Associate reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you’ll be responsible for the preparation of materials and analysis to meet a variety of internal and external stakeholder needs. Key stakeholders include investors, the Board, and the GYG senior executive team. Materials and analysis produced will include results presentations, shareholder updates, Board pack materials, Board presentations and papers, and internal presentations and analysis related to key strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with both the Director of Finance and Head of Commercial Finance in executing GYG’s internal and investor communications strategy by developing, maintaining, and enhancing a wide range of analysis and materials required to support key strategic decisions and keep stakeholders informed of GYG’s performance, plans and future outlook.
Successful applicants will likely have spent 2-5 years working for a global investment bank in either their corporate advisory or capital markets teams and will be able to leverage their strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the senior leadership team and Board in executing the role. You will build a detailed understanding of business strategy and company performance to assist you as you develop plans and communicate company performance. Complementing your analytical capability will be strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep relationships and achieve positive outcomes with stakeholders at all levels.
