Our client is an independent organisation offering concessional loans, debt and equity funding and managing over $1 billion in investments. They are currently actively seeking an Associate Director to join their dynamic transactions team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of real estate and project finance transactions.  You will be responsible for contributing directly to the execution of funding transactions throughout Australia.

This opportunity exists due to significant growth in the organisation's investment capability and its continued success and positive impact across Australia. To be successful, candidates should possess 5+ years of banking and financing experience, preferably with exposure to Real Estate/Infrastructure/Project finance transactions.
